The hotel is located right at the heart of Waikiki, within walking distance of everything one would need during a stay in the area. The rooms are equipped with modern accessories and have some supplies available, but the experience of having a shower for already checked out guests is peculiar. The service is friendly but could benefit from hiring an extra receptionist. The price is reasonable, considering the value for money. The location is convenient and central, making everything easily accessible, however, being right in the center of the busy Waikiki can also be noisy. The dining experience offers natural products, but there is room for improvement. The facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which is perfectly situated in the heart of Waikiki with everything I needed within walking distance. The room was modern and well-equipped, though lacking a seating balcony on the upper floors. The service was top-notch, with an excellent reception staff. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with delicious Golden Malted waffles. However, I found the Wi-Fi to be an additional cost, which was a downside.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Waikiki beach and surrounded by everything you need for a perfect stay in the area. The rooms offer a breathtaking view of Diamond Head and come with a small kitchenette, although the balcony could use some seating. The customer service was top-notch, but I would recommend the management to consider hiring an extra receptionist to enhance efficiency. The dining experience was pleasant, especially enjoying the smoked salmon. The facilities were great, and the value for money was reasonable. My only minor complaint would be the lack of seating on the balcony.
